About Ghost
Introducing Ghost, a beautiful and remarkable black and white cockatiel ready to join a new family. Ghost arrived at our rescue under unexpected circumstances - she landed in a neighbouring yard with a sore wing unable to fly and some feather loss. After an extensive search to find her owners with no luck, Ghost now resides with one of our avian carers at the rescue.
Ghost has been lovingly taken care of, ensuring her sore wing healed and her lost feathers began to grow back. Now perfectly healthy and chirpy, Ghost is ready to brighten up your life daily with her presence.
Recognized by her unmistakable black and white prints. Her beautiful colors set her apart, making every enchanting chirp and flutter a delightful sight. For her safety, Ghost has been microchipped which will help in reuniting her with her family, should she decide to embark on any unexpected solo flight adventures again.
Ghost is a wonderful and sweet companion who never resorts to biting, even when she is a little bit nervous. She may have been an aviary bird in her previous life, as she seems to feel most comfortable outside but she tends to blossom in the presence of fellow cockatiels. Therefore, Ghost would happily fit into a home that already has a well-socialised cockatiel.
Adopting Ghost gives you a chance to offer her a loving environment where she can continue to flourish. She promises to add an extra spark of joy to your household with her sweet and gentle charm.
Medical notes
It is important to note that Ghost's gender has not yet been determined, but we are more than happy to assist with Avian DNA sexing upon request and at the adopter's expense.
