About Little Miss
(peeks around the corner) Hello! I'm Little Miss.
I've heard of humans like you, the volunteers at Greysland whisper in my ears about how lovely people can be. They also call me Little Miss Sunshine, spreading joy and smiles wherever I go. Apparently, I'm known for my goofy digging game –– when I love my bed, I bury my head amongst my toys and blankets.. and the humans have come to believe that the more they laugh, the more enthusiastically I dig!
Do you like cuddles? I'm known as a super affectionate, cuddle bug, friendly and a delightful little dog. Little Miss Hug was also known for her extra special arms. At 2 years old, I'm a lot smaller than the average greyhound and I have hyperextended front feet. I've been very brave and had surgery on one of them. It means that I'd prefer to be with my family at home, more than I'd love long walks. Short walks for this Little Miss Tiny!
My ideal family will have people who LOVE pats! I love children of all ages but I'd do best with big kids (12+) and I'd prefer a dog companion too, especially if they’re bigger or the greyhound kind. I become Little Miss Terrified around small dogs, and I'd prefer not to approach them. The humans at Greysland believe I'll do best with a lovely family who will encourage me to build my confidence, and discover the world at my own pace.
I hope to be considered Little Miss Lucky and find a home in your heart, and maybe on your lap too! Does that sound like a good trade? Your heart for my beautiful brown eyes looking up at you xx

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!
All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
