About Amy π
Introducing the Queen of the Castle β Amy!
Amy is your typical matriarchal female Pug with a sassy and frisky attitude. Donβt give Amy any cheap talk, she will set you straight. Amy is the Queen Bee and donβt you forget it π
Queen Amy is 9.5 years old with a go getter attitude. Amy has been vet checked and is in fine royal form, obviously blue blood runs through her veins and she shows no signs of slowing down. A tad on the plump side (currently working her way down from a generous 12.3kg) her fitness/health regime is working overtime to get those royal rolls off her. Her Vet would like a full 3kg lost so she is in fine form and this has already began with a gentle waist now visible through her velvety robes. Amy was heartworm tested (neg) and has been on an ear cleaning regime which has finished now and her slight infection has cleared up. Her anal glands were expressed and Queen Amy is now in a shining state ready to meet her new Royal subjects.
Queen Amy LOVES her walks twice a day and will lead her followers out front. There is a fair bit of royal waving going on to the peasants that pass her by and she will let you know if she would like to meet any other royal subjects on her jaunt.
Amy is first in line to have her harness on, royal quality you know, only the best for her. Amy will never have a mistake in the house, heaven forbid, that behaviour will not be tolerated by Queen Amy. Her age makes her a wonderful asset to any family that would love a dear companion without any of the responsibilities of a youngster.
Amy likes to eat alone and is fairly protective of her delicacies, but to her credit she is willing to try lots of new treats. Dinner table talk from Queen Amy is musical and frequent, obviously in her previous life, she was fed from the table and wants the tradition to continue. Amy is learning that her singing is funny but not always going to get the goods.
The Queen likes to play with her foster carers/slaves and is always up for a game of tickles and catchy, she is very frisky with certain people and likes to show how much she loves you. She is great fun to play with and enjoys having a quiet conversation about world affairs π
Amy is currently staying with 4 other pugs and enjoys their company but would definitely enjoy being the Queen of the Castle. She has no preference for male or female company, but likes to be where the pack is.
Queen Amy sleeps well, has a gentle musical tone when sleeping and likes her own bed with plenty of room to spread out. Amy sleeps soundly during the night and slight noises donβt disturb her at all.
Amy has been staying with cats recently and likes to look at them and watch what they get up to, there has been no aggression or problems here at all. Amy would be fine with pocket pets or birds and is happy to check out her surroundings including birds and lizards.
Queen Amy is a delightful Pug with plenty of love to give, she would make a wonderful companion to a non-Pug family with or without children, or a family/person with a current pug. She is friendly, full of life and will do her best to make you smile and be by your side.
Queen Amy is ready to give her royal traits a workout in a new family and she will make your world a brighter place!
Medical notes
She's got the all clear from our vet.
