Meet HD2826 Shadow, 100% certified goodest boy.
This 18 month old male Kelpie has had all his vet work and is ready for his new home.
As you’d expect with his working-dog brain this is one clever boy, but he is also one easy to love boy who is comfortable with male, female and younger humans, the company of other dogs and puppies and is a go-with-the-flow kind of fella.
He seems to be pretty familiar with the world of ‘inside’ and knows his way around a couch!
Shadow has good leash manners and a lovely ‘sit’, and it will be interesting to see what other tricks this boy knows or can learn.
Shadow has proven himself to be an excellent buddy for the resident small breed puppy but has shown some questionable interest in the resident cats. He does, however, have excellent response to vocal cues and could likely get that settled down with consistent instruction and supervision (a touch up by a commanding feline would probably help too 🤭)
Shadow is ready and raring to go and can’t wait to meet you!
If you think you're in need of a sweet, mature boy to skip the puppy nonsense, message us or email hedland.dogs@safe.org.au to find out if Shadow is the right fit for you!
