🌸🐾INTRODUCING JORDYN🐾🌸
Nature
Hi there, my name is Jordyn and I am a very shy and timid girl. I have been living it up in foster care which has been great, but I am now looking to find a purrfect home and forever family of my very own!
I get frightened quite easily - specifically with fast movements and loud noises, so I like to hide a lot. My foster mum thinks once I get used to living the good life indoors alongside hoomans, I will be a big sweetie, but it will take a very patient and special someone to get me there.
Companions (children, cats, and dogs)
I haven’t been exposed to children yet but seeing as I am scared of loud noises and sudden movements, I think I would be best suited to a nice, calm and quiet home without children just to be safe. I also haven’t met any pooches too - they might also be a little too much for me! I have been around the other cats in my foster home though, and on occasion I have interacted with them in a friendly manner, but I am still very unsure of them and quickly become nervous. A friendly and confident feline friend could be just what I need to help bring me out of my shell and show me they ways of living without fear, however we would need a very slow introduction so I don’t get overwhelmed.
Likes/Dislikes:
As I said before, I really don’t like loud noises, sudden movements, or other pets... but boy, do I love me some tasty treats! Although I’m a shy girl, I just can’t resist some yummy wet food - so much that I will even eat it straight from your hand or a spoon once I get to know you... I don’t know about you - but this sounds like a great bonding exercise to me!
After a lot of reassurance and patience from my foster mum, I have finally started to eat out of my bowl in front of her, this may not sound like a bite deal but for a timid kitty like me this is a HUGE achievement.
I still like to hiss at my foster mum when she comes to bring me my dinner, I’m not trying to be mean - I’m just giving her a gentle reminder in case she forgets I don’t like my personal space to be invaded just yet. I will admit I usually forget to carry on with my warning as soon as I’m distracted with the delicious smelling bowl that comes my way and am quick to start gobbling up that food!
My PURR-fect home would be a quiet household with a mature single person or couple who understand that it may take me quite a while to adjust to be a part of the family. I will need lots of love and lots and lots of patients please! Oh and I would like to be an indoor cat to protect my pretty pink nose from the sun please.
